How to verify your PDAX account

1. Go to trade.pdax.ph and log in to your account

2. In your Portfolio page, click “Upgrade Account” under Get Started

3. Click the next “Upgrade Account” button you see on your screen

4. Choose “Personal”

5. Complete the “Basic Information” form

Make sure that all details you provide are correct, accurate, and consistent with the details on the ID that you submit
Remove the "+" sign on your mobile number

6. Click “Next”

7. Complete our Biometric Check requirement

Find a well-lit spot, so we can scan your face.
Remove all obstruction to your face such as glasses or mask.
Make two circles with your head

8. Click “Start Recording”

9. Click “Yes, Submit”

If your video does not comply with our Biometric Check instructions and you want to change it, please click “Retry” to record another video selfie

10. Choose the ID that you would like to submit

Passport
Driver’s License
Social Security System (SSS) ID
Unified Multipurpose ID (UMID)
Postal ID
Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
Alien Certificate Registration (ACR) or Immigrant Certificate of Registration (ICR)
NBI Clearance
PNP Clearance
Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID

Note: For foreigners, both ACR and Passport are required. Our team will contact you separately.

11. Upload a photo of your chosen ID

12. You will be notified via email on the status of your verification request.
